Even while undergoing bi-weekly chemotherapy treatments in the hospital, and returning to work at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center, Gettleman has had an active role in the team's recent personnel decisions including choosing cornerback Sam Beal in the supplemental draft, and signing veteran linebacker Connor Barwin, and will be fully involved in the upcoming contract negotiations with wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
