The Giants made the not so surprising decision to bench quarterback Eli Manning on Tuesday, after officially being eliminated from playoff contention on Sunday, but shockingly it will be Geno Smith and not rookie Davis Webb under center in Week 13 against the Raiders in Oakland on Sunday.
