Tustin police arrested a woman in connection with the killing of her husband after she called authorities to report the shooting on Thursday.
Janell Diane Enos, 46, called police around 3:27 a.m. to report that her husband had been shot.
Officers responded at their home in the 14300 block of Browning Avenue and found Tommy Allen Enos, 48, with a fatal gunshot wound.
Detectives soon suspected Janell Enos after questioning her and recovering evidence in the home, according to police. She was arrested that morning and booked into Orange County Jail.
No other victims or suspects were involved in the incident, police said.
