Charleston Church Shooter Dylann Roof Can Represent Himself at Trial, Federal Judge Decides

A federal judge has granted Dylann Roof’s motion to represent himself, according to CNN affiliates WIS, WCBD and WCSC. Roof, who is accused of killing nine people at a black church in Charleston, South Carolina, was deemed competent to stand trial last week.
