West Hollywood City Council officials on Tuesday approved an ordinance that would grant licenses for local marijuana businesses. Licenses would be made available for cannabis consumption areas, which are 21 or older places where people can smoke vape or eat cannabis on site, and cannabis delivery services, to name a few.
