NFL free agency officially begins on March 9 but the market became much stronger Tuesday when the Minnesota Vikings released Adrian Peterson, the Kansas City Chiefs parted company with Jamaal Charles and the Cleveland Browns opted against using the franchise tag on wide receiver Terrelle Pryor which sets an interesting backdrop as league executives gather in Indianapolis for the NFL Scouting Combine.
