ARLINGTON, Texas -- Eli Manning and the New York Giants will begin their 2017 NFL regular season against Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys in a Week 1 NFC East showdown on Sunday Night Football. Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott will be eligible to play for Dallas after he and the NFLPA received an injunction in court to hold up his pending six-game NFL suspension for domestic violence. Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. will be a game-time decision as he works his way back from an ankle sprain. The Giants defeated the Cowboys twice in 2016 and have won three straight in the rivalry series.
