A hillside in San Clemente continues to erode years after a settlement was reached in a lawsuit brought on my residents. Recent storms have worsened the conditions and residents continue to be concerned. Elizabeth Espinosa reports for the KTLA 5 News at 3 on Jan. 27, 2017.
