A woman who had previously pleaded not guilty to vandalizing historical landmarks in downtown Los Angeles with anti-Donald Trump graffiti admitted to causing thousands of dollars in damages, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday.
Victoria Jayne Bay, 37, pleaded guilty to one felony count of vandalism that is estimated at more than $10,000.
Bay was then sentenced to 180 days in jail, three years of probation and was ordered to pay restitution.
Prosecutors said Bay tagged the Hall of Justice, Flotz Criminal Justice Center, Hall of Records and L.A. Central Plant buildings with messages insulting the President-elect.
A hearing to determine the restitution is scheduled for Jan. 4, officials said.
